What time should I arrive at the church?

Please arrive at 2:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm sharp. We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior so you can comfortably park and grab a seat before the ceremony begins.

Are kids welcome?

Yes and no! Kids are welcome at the ceremony at St. John’s Parish Church. However, the reception venue, QP Bistro, is adults-only. We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!

Is there a wedding registry?

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to honour us with a gift, a card box will be available at the reception.

How far is the reception venue from the church?

The reception venue, QP Bistro, is about a 30-minute drive from St. John’s Parish Church. A shuttle will be available for those who are not driving. Additional details will be provided closer to the date.

Will there be assigned seating at the reception?

Nope! We’re keeping it relaxed and casual with open seating. Pick a spot that feels just right, mingle, and make yourselves at home!.

What is the dress code?

Colourfully formal! Ladies, we’d love to see you in colourful midi or maxi dresses. Gents, for the ceremony, long pants, dress shirt, and a jacket are the way to go. But once the reception starts, feel free to ditch the jacket and get ready to dance the night away!
